Selecta ^_^

 

Dear everyone

Selecta is a natural and bewitching family recreational park, located at Tulung Rejo Village, Bumiaji Subdistrict, Batu Tourist Area., East Java Province. 

I had ever visited this place because I was so curious hearing many people talked about it. It is about 30 minutes from my boarding house ( Tlogomas Street, Bukit Cemara Tujuh Housing Estate, in front of The University of Muhammadiyah Malang).

Actually, there are many facilities that can be enjoyed such as Water Park, Out Bound, Flying Fox, Columbus Boat, Freshwater Fish Pond, Water Bikes, Travel Market (Fruit, Vegetables, Flowers), Jogging Area, Horse Arena, Aquarium Giant and Goa Lion (Lion Tunnel). But, I just enjoyed the flowers garden and one of the swimming pools over there because I did not have enough spare time :D


 

Selecta is opened at 06:00 A.M to 18:00 P.M, we just paid Rp 15.000 for each person to go into it. There are three swimming pools had been provided in Selecta recreational family park, they are for children, teenagers and adults which are surrounded by the beautiful landscape of flowers. Because there were many people who swam there, my cousin and I decided to swim too. Because she and I could not swimming, so we chose the swimming pool for teenagers :D We just stayed at the edges of it because we were so afraid to sink, my cousin and I were not able to swim. 

Those swimming pools water are flowed directly by three water resources such as Jobranti 1, Jobranti 2 and Sri Agung  everyday and they are including in Selecta area. We did not have to worry about the cleanness of the water. The water was so cold then made us tremble.

After swimming, we went to flowers garden and took many pictures there. It was a wonderful day for us :D  Selecta is dominated by Kana flowers with various color such as red, yellow and pink. There are also Krisan flowers, Pancawarna (ajisai, in Japanese language). All flowers are sobered neatly in one area which is about one hectare. The flowers color make that area seems like a beautiful rainbow. Selecta flowers garden is the best place to take many pictures in our opinion at that time :D It is also a good place for every couple that wanted to take pre-wedding photos, because of the romantic scenery :)
