"English for Young Learners 2014 Closing Party"

What a nice and heartwarming agenda this morning!

Happy Birthday our beloved
ma'am Fardini Sabilah  We love U much  Keep healthy and beautiful as always. I luv luv luv U  Mmmuuaacchh :*

At 6 sharp, I appeared GKB III auditorium to check all preparation for our agenda this morning. Dompu's traditional songs were played loudly. I was so curious, "What happen? Why the song can be played there?" I was thinking of that while walking in hurry. "Ohoho, the committee of  equipment division members were playing those songs, they were Dompunese, my friends :D "Yeah! Maybe they were too tired and stressed because of being busy decorating the auditorium. hahahh". "Thank you guys, I really appreciate what you all do :)".  Minutes by minutes ran so fast, all teachers of English for Young Learners gathered at GKB III Auditorioum. All was in peak hours. Some were checking sounds and some were welcoming guests (students and their parents, lecturers, etc), making up students, and many other activities. The panicity could not be denied at the time. Haha. It always happened because these and those things. An idiocy also I did this morning, I forgot to use flat shoes because I usually used high heels every time I became a master of ceremony. But how pity I was, I did not remember that I was as the agenda coordinator who could be very busy to go and come from one place to another. “You can imagine. How painful that is!”.

At night at GKB III auditorium :)
Finally, the closing party opened by the master of ceremony (Ms. Nopha) at eight sharp. This agenda attended by the secretary of English Department Mr. Bayu, Mr. Puji (EYL advisor), Mr. Rizky (lecturer), Mr. Aditio (lecturer), Mrs. Fardini Sabilah (EYL establisher of UMM) , Mrs. Rina (EYL advisor), Mrs. Ryas, students' parents, etc. All parents were so enthusiastic in accompanying their beloved kids. Many of them talking to the EYL teachers “I really appreciate EYL conducted by Eglish Department of UMM, because of it, my kid likes to sing and speak in English”. I heard the same thing also from one of students’ parents “Miss Imamah!! Thank you so much for teaching my kid, now he is really happy to learn English! next year I would like to enlist him again, will you be the teacher again?” she said. “ Wahahahh naudzubillahhiminndzalik, ojo buuu, Imamah wes wisudaaaaaaaaaaa ikuuuu, next year he is going to learn English with the new teachers :D”. I was so surprise to hear that! Hahahahh “Emmoh reeekkk!! L :D.

The best students of EYL are in photo session with ma'am Fardini Sabilah :*

Hour by our flew quickly, the audience were pampered by video documenters and art performances of first up to sixth grades such as fashion show, singing, reciting poetry, drama, etc. These art performances aimed to show the abilities of students in using English whether when they spoke, sang, played, etc after learning during less or more two months. Singing mother’s day song, giving flower and card also became the main series because the theme of this closing party was “Mother’s Day”. Before entering this series, all students were given a Rose and a card written “I love my mommy” in which it would be given to his/her mommy. I also took part in this. “Are you still happy my beautiful and handsome students??” “Are you hungry?", "Are you great?" Ok. "Whatever you’re feeling now, please listen to me carefully. Our theme today is mother’s day". "What is mother for you? Mother is so special, great, my sun shine, and everything. Do you still remember “I Love My Mommy” song? Then I sang the first and the second lyrics, suddenly their voices followed me to sing. Looking at the condition, I said “Alright, everybody here can sing this song. Miss Imamah wants you to stand up please!” All teachers and students directly stood up while holding a flower and a card. “They are totally ready!” . I shouted “Everybody let us sing together. One, two, threee!”

I LOVE MY MOMMY”
I love my mommy, I love my mommy, I love my mommy..
Yes, I do.
Here’s a kiss and a hug for you
Thank you mommy for all you do.
Happy mother’s day, Happy mother’s day, Happy mother’s day..
I love you <3

At the end of the song, all students and teachers shouted “HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY”. Then they ran to find their mommies to give the special flowers and cards. Many parents and teachers cried at this moment including me :’)

“It was so heartwarming moment!”. It was the closing series of this agenda. Then the master of ceremony closed the party. Taking pictures session deeeeehhhhhh :D

"Guys, Monday, 22nd December 2014 is Indonesian Mother’s Day. Do not forget to congratulate your mother for her success in upbringing and educating you although we know that mother’s day is everyday. Mother is my everything :’) Imamah uhibbuki ya umii, aidul umm sa'id :’) "Mama,,,,, I love you, miss u so much :')".
